We
are very pleased to have Kathy as a member of our advisory board. She is among
the small number of medical professionals who are aware and current with cutting
edge breakthroughs in nutrition science that is so important to us as type 2
diabetics. Kathy posts articles to help us stay current with what is happening
in nutrition science and recent changes in our understanding of how our
nutrition affects our body.

Biography
It
doesn’t stop there. She helped her local hospital achieve Medicare/Medicaid
certification for their Diabetes Education program becoming a Certified
Diabetes Educator in the process. Her current responsibilities include being
Director of the Division of Continuing Education for Nutrition and Dietetics at
an online education management company, CEU4U.COM . She also writes news pieces
for a health management site, www.redscrubs.com. Kathy has her own consulting business,
Nutri-Care Consulting.
