There are two versions of the book and they are slightly different. The hard copy went to the printers yesterday. The printed book is for corporate sponsors to distribute as a promotional giveaway. The printed version was edited down to 168 pages, has fewer ilustrations, and the illustrations are in grey scale to be able to print the book as economicly as possible. The printed book also has a CD with a trial version of Nutribase 7 software attached to the inside of the back cover. Alliance Health who is our main site sponsor is also the first corporate sponsor of the book. The book will be available soon to people who use the ClickOnHealth service from Alliance health.

Why am I giving it away for free? 

I get that question a lot so maybe I should explain.

• I have found answers that have worked for me and can help other people.
• The problems we are facing with the increase in diagnosis of type 2 diabetes are so large that profit can not stand in the way of helping people.
• I do not have to make any money from this book to support myself. I have a 100% VA disability compensation that takes care of my personal needs. 
• Yes it is available through several sources where it can be purchased. That is because those sources require a price to cover their fees and allows for an incentive for other websites to offer it and get an affiliate commision.
• By making it as readily available as possible more people can be helped and maybe if enough people take action we can reverse  the increase in type 2 diabetes dignoses.
