Metformin Questions 2 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Hey Everyone,

My name is Yves and I was recently diagnosed a type two diabetic (2.5 months ago)

Since then, I have been trying really hard to eat well and monitor which foods spike my sugars.

My sugars are still quite high even in the morning before breakfast and so my doctor has put me on Metformin.

I was wondering if anyone knows how fast I can expect results from this drug?
I have been using it for one week now and still no change in my levels. Is this normal? Should I expect over night changes or will they come gradually over several weeks/months?

Yves
