Special note: Hotmail & Yahoo users
If you have an account with Hotmail or Yahoo, here are a few user guidelines to ensure that our news letter and the special getting started series of emails reach your inbox and not your junk mail. Hotmail automatically deletes junk mail after seven days (in some cases, immediately) and yahoo will delete after 30 days.
Hotmail Users:
Go to your "options" folder under "mail handling" to choose the filter level. If your filter is set on "high", please be sure to occasionally review the contents of your junk mail folder. Use the "this is not junk mail" button for Diabetic-Diet-Secrets.com messages that may have been filtered to the junk mail folder. Better yet, by adding our

Yahoo Users:
If you receive Diabetic Diet Secrets messages in your "bulk mail" folder, when reading your mail, click on "send to yahoo! For review". Yahoo! Customer care will review and will make appropriate changes to deliver these messages to your inbox in the future.
I hope you were careful in filling out youer email and phone number fields. If there was an error in filling in your email I will get a bounce notice and look for a way to take corrective action for you. If there is also an error in your phone number I will not have a way to reach you. I place calls to all of North America for various reasons to help our members when I percieve there id a problem. If you have not recieved youe activation emal you can call me at the number in our contact us form. I will try to resolve the issue for you. The administration of this site is pretty much a one man show so be patient if I am not immediatly avoilable to handle your problem. I may be out fishing, doing a seminar, managing a Diabetic peer support Group or a number of other things. I havevoluntarily devoted my life to helping my fellow type 2 diabetics but there is a limit to what one man can do.
You will begin to recieve a series of emails
