Donna McCarter, B.S. in Human Nutrition and Food Science ('81, University of Florida), Professional Member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
Donna and Toma met at a reunion for Korean War veterans in Branson Missouri August 2006. Donna is the daughter of the organizer of the reunion and Toma is the stepson of a Korean War vet. At the reunion, Toma and Donna had discussions about diabetes and nutrition and reviewed the information on the NutriCoach websites www.NutriCoach.net and www.NutriCoach2.com . Donna was very favorably impressed with the NutriCoach methods, which are the basis for the content of this site and quickly agreed to become a member of the Advisory Board.
Donna works for a leading government agency as a nutritionist. The terms of her employment prevent us from saying which agency it is. |
